CHILDREN ARE A GIFT FROM GOD :)I began to understand this when I helped out at the primary school fellowship camp for 3 days.
it's quite like the 1st time I was "in charge" and children listened to me and treated me like a "leader".
so the 1st day I was really really quiet,
watching the children in my group be all noisy and playful.
but things got really exciting on the 2nd and 3rd day,
I got to interact with them more and more :)
Children are great people to make friends with, they don't leave you for someone else. And when they do, they come back for you too :D
It's so much more unpressurizing to talk and smile at them.
Through the 3 days,
God taught me many lessons from the thoughful things that the children do.
on the 2nd day,
I learnt how children notice people, which is something grown-ups don't.
they notice your feelings, they can see when you're sad, lonely or quiet.
on the 3rd day,
I felt very touched when a really playful and mischievous girl (Michelle) who was only 7, ran back to thank her assistant leader before she left.and most of all,
throughout the 3 days,
I heard the angelic voices of the children sing and worship God as they enthusiastically followed the person leading the actions (:We do have a lot to learn from children :D
